Reservations, Deposits & CancellationsYou can make your reservation for the Caswell between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail. A major credit card will be required to secure your booking. Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to scheduled arrival.To reserve a room, a $50.00 deposit per room is required and will be applied to your bill. Your deposit will be refunded, less a $20 administrative fee, if cancellation is given 5 days or more prior to your expected day of arrival. If your reservation is cancelled less than five days prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. Please, there are no exceptions. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX.
